I am concerned to see these comments as our staff is well aware of the long and extra hours that are required in the automobile business, and we would never let a few hours or the cost of overtime stand in the way of selling an Escalade or any other car for that matter. We often stay well past our stated business hours and have been doing so since we started the business. There are often other situations with the hours of banks and insurance companies that can slow things down but we try to communicate those situations with our customers.
