First service on my new car We had an appointment--- service people took us at the right time. There were at least ten cars waiting to be serviced. They said since we were waitin We had an appointment--- service people took us at the right time. There were at least ten cars waiting to be serviced. They said since we were waiting we would be next. Service was less than an hour for our oil change and tire rotation. When our vehicle was ready we paid the bill and handed us the keys. As I walked towards the car there was grease finger prints on the hood.--very visible. We got another service person and told him about the grease marks. They immediately sent a worker out to the car with cleaner and a rag. He cleaned the hood ---then my husband opened the drivers door---more grease on the steering wheel and the door. Can't believe they didn't see all the dirt and grease. More

When the car was delivered he made sure we understood all the features and led us through the process of connecting with BlueLink and pairing our phones with the vehicle.
