Overcharged for service! My 19 year old son took his car in for the 30K service and they charged him over $300 for 35 minutes of labor! They said there must have been 2 techni My 19 year old son took his car in for the 30K service and they charged him over $300 for 35 minutes of labor! They said there must have been 2 technicians working on the car and we know this is not true since no other technician was seen working on the car. The work is fairly easy as well and so if it took 2 technicians to do this work, it shouldn't have taken more than 20 minutes. I questioned them and just got the run around. They took advantage of a my son because he is young! My son is going to college and working 2 jobs to pay for it and then there are people like Long Hyundai that take advantage of him and cheat him out of his hard earned money! We also had an issue with the new air filter being installed incorrectly and we had to fix it ourselves. If they can't install the air filter correctly, how can they be trusted to do more extensive work correctly? More

Warranty Work I originally bought my Hyundai from Long but had taken it in last year to my in-town dealership.
