Each person has a different perspective on service and can articulate that perspective in very different ways. Our service experience was great...however, as I don't mind giving positive reviews for the excellent service that was performed, I do however, resent the fact that I am REQUIRED to supply at least 25 words for my review. I can give a wonderful and accurate review in less than 25 words but I am REQUIRED by this web site to supply a minimum of 25 words for my review...in my opinion, that is unacceptable. If Long Hyundai wishes to receive positive reviews then they should reconsider using this web service due to the restrictions on minimum word count for reviews!
