I have bought several vehicles since 2000 from this dealer and have never had any issues with sales. The service department is a different issue. Currently I have a 2025 Ford Escape that has been in dealer and have never had any issues with sales. The service department is a different issue. Currently I have a 2025 Ford Escape that has been in for the third time to correct a service engine light. The Escape was taken in originally the middle of August 2025 and was returned after 1 week. While driving home, the service engine light came back on. I returned the vehicle the next day and they had it for2 weeks. I picked the vehicle up and drove 3.5 hours over to Jackson Mississippi. When I started the vehicle the next morning, the service engine light was on again. I called the dealer and was instructed to drive it back and drop it off. That was September 9,2025. The vehicle is still there. I do not receive updates and when I call in to check on it, I am told that they will have it brought in for a technician to look at it. Then crickets. No updates. Not sure what to do next. Guess I need to pick it up and try another dealership. Any, sales or buying there, I would recommend. But I do not recommend using service department for anything other than oil change. Reading other reviews here confirms my experience. More
