Jamey Vickers was the absolute BEST salesperson! I was a bit of a pain to work with because I am also a bit of a control freak. This is my first vehicle purchased from Long Lewis in Muscle Shoals. My experience from day 1 has been outstanding. Jamie our salesperson and Ben helped my wife and I build the truck we needed to pull our newly purchased camper. The truck was delivered in the time frame they said it would take and it was exactly what we ordered. I have had in for two recalls and both times Jacob was my service advisor who was very professional and gave me accurate waiting times. Everything went very smooth. I'm not upset with the recalls but thankful that Ford quickly deals with problems that crop up and gets them fixed long before they become a major problem. So overall I am well pleased with my total experience. More
