If I could give this place zero stars I would. We drove from Athens to see a Toyota Prius they had listed for sale. On the dealership’s own website it said a Prius 4 which it was not. When we arrived we were quickly greeted but were told they honestly don’t know much about them. When we went to turn the car on it wouldn’t start. The battery was dead. They jumped it off and whoever the guy was that came out with the sales person blamed it on some bs. 1st red flag. We should’ve left then but after the test drive and inspecting the car we decided to move forward. They agreed to replace the battery but wouldn’t move on price even though they had it listed incorrectly and told us it had been sitting there since February. 2nd red flag. We had come to the dealership pre approved with our own financing. They asked if we wanted to see if they could get us a better rate. We very clearly said no because we had our approval and I specifically said I didn’t want our credit ran again. Not only did they run our credit again for the bank we were already approved with, but this sleezy dealership ran our credit again with another bank after I specifically said not to. Whoever the guy was came bragging they got us a .11% lower interest rate. Barely 10th of a percent lower. Then he tried to lie saying they had to run our credit again with our bank(which isn’t true. We called Redstone as soon as we left the lot) and He gaslighted us about running it with Chase. The sales lady was fine. But sucks she lost a sale because of whoever the shady finance guy was. They called after we left to try and “make it right” by offering us $1000 off. I wouldn’t trust them with anything. Look them up on BBB and you can see other claims of their shady practices. I would never recommend anyone go here. Without a doubt the worst dealership experience we have ever had. AVOID they are the type of place that gives dealerships the bad rep. More

Terrible. They told me they wouldn’t sell me a car because I lived too far away. I tried to explain that here in 2021, it’s quite common to ship cars. But, I was told the general manager said it would because I lived too far away. I tried to explain that here in 2021, it’s quite common to ship cars. But, I was told the general manager said it would be too expensive and I couldn’t afford it. So I got a quote for $1200 to ship the $35,000 car, in less than 10 minutes, but it was way too much trouble for them to bother with me. I would have bought the car, it was exactly what I was looking for. I asked why they even had an internet division if they won’t sell their cars over the internet, but got no explanation. I’d be interested if the owner knows his GM is simply refusing to sell the cars on his lot? They may want to ease them into the 2000’s, if not 2021...ridiculous. More
Brandon Johnson meticulously walked me through all the options/ features to fit my needs and application. I ordered a new F350 single cab with 8 foot bed SRW, a bit unusual in today’s market place. Brandon made himself available on at least 5 visits to iron out drivetrain, gas versus diesel, differential options, tech features, interior/ exterior colors and pkg values. He never lost patience or pushed to complete the sale. The dealer entered the order and triple checked the production order himself which was very reassuring. I really appreciated attention to detail. Best of I got the truck for my application and Exactly what I ordered. The service department was there to answer any queries beyond Brandon’s knowledge. This was my best new vehicle purchase experience in my 67 years. More

Carried my diesel F250 for a xx engine light that comes and goes. Does not seem to effect how it runs. Made appointment, Now 5 weeks later they still have not fixed it. Still waiting on my truck. I have no and goes. Does not seem to effect how it runs. Made appointment, Now 5 weeks later they still have not fixed it. Still waiting on my truck. I have no idea if I will ever get it back. I am retired. I feel they are putting business trucks and others ahead of me. Had many fords thru 30 yrs. very few problems. This will be my last. More
