The service advisor at this location was marvelous! !!! The only issue that I had was before I went to this appointment, someone had scheduled me for service in Muscle Shoals, and did not seem to kn !!! The only issue that I had was before I went to this appointment, someone had scheduled me for service in Muscle Shoals, and did not seem to know that me going there could void the warranty on the vehicle. I was unaware of this fact as well until I got to Muscle Shoals, and thankfully the advisor there knew and advised me that I may want to check and go to Florence. This is a knowledge gap that needs to be addressed with the individuals that may be newer there and/or just unaware, before someone's warranty is inadvertently voided. This also caused me to have to rearrange my schedule and make a 2nd trip to the Shoals from Russellville during my work hours. I am not upset, but someone else could be if this occured with them..... an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, and you cannot fix a problem, if you are unaware there is one. More

Jamey Vickers was the absolute BEST salesperson! I was a bit of a pain to work with because I am also a bit of a control freak. But he always stayed with me and listened when I told him what I wanted. He really worked hard to find me what I wanted and was patient with me while I made a decision. He also made sure to come in on his off day for the vehicle delivery (I was able to get all paperwork done offsite, which was a plus). I wouldn't want to work with ANYONE else! Thanks, Jamey! :) More
