Called ahead and made an appointment for an oil change and to have the rubber piece by my drivers side window replaced. I told them when I called that I was originally told to make sure this part was in s and to have the rubber piece by my drivers side window replaced. I told them when I called that I was originally told to make sure this part was in stock when making an appointment. They said it was and booked my appointment. When I got there it was in fact not in stock and the job was not completed. So, it was a waste of time. More
