I thank Mr. Clem Cisneros for calling me this afternoon regarding my disappointing service experience. We discussed as a customer my request to be notified of additional services which need to be performed when a service appointment is scheduled, not after I’m already at the dealership. This eliminates any misunderstanding of cost and time involved. Also the need to include cost of service hourly labor rate and hours needed for the service, not just list one set or fixed price for the service. As a customer, I thank Mr. Cisneros for taking the time to contact me, listen to my concerns and give me answers. We ended our conversation on a positive note. He turned a disappointing service experience into a satisfactory experience. I will continue to return to Longo Lexus for car purchases and service.

While our team should have ensured this was clearly documented and addressed during your appointment, it appears there was a breakdown in communication between the scheduling staff and the technicians.
