My service representative Jim was great! He spent a lot of time figuring out the problem of pairing the iPhone and my car. Eventually he got it. I brought my vehicle in with several concerns. Vivian listened and acknowledged everything, and to be fair, she was helpful throughout the process. The one issue that was successfully resolved was a squeak coming from the dash, which I do appreciate. My main reason for bringing the car in was that the seats were wrinkled, but I was told that replacing them is hit or miss, which was disappointing. However, the rest of my concerns were not addressed. I was repeatedly told to contact Lexus corporate instead of having the dealership handle the issues directly, which was frustrating. While my car was still in the shop, I received a parking brake malfunction warning through the app. I reached out to Vivian for guidance but did not hear back, which was concerning. Aside from that, my main frustration was with the maintenance team, as it felt like my requests were largely ignored. I also pointed out that my exhaust tips are uneven, but I was told that this is “normal.” That doesn’t seem accurate, especially since I saw multiple cars on the lot with evenly aligned exhausts. If it can be corrected, it should be. The wrap that the car was delivered with and later removed left visible marks on the vehicle. While I was offered a complimentary detail and some of the marks improved, several are still there. I also mentioned the water marks on the windshield, which I received from day one due to the car sitting on the lot, but that was a secondary concern and was not properly addressed either. On top of that, I’m confident my car was scratched during the detailing process. There was also damage to part of the interior during service. Although it was replaced, it still doesn’t sit well knowing this happened in the first place. The service was also delayed by two additional days due to damage caused during the process, which required correction. At this point, I would expect these issues to be properly addressed rather than being redirected elsewhere. This experience did not meet the standard I expected from Lexus. More
