Gives accurate quotes on services that are due and the time my auto will be ready for pickup. The lounge area as well as the service area (which you can see through large glass windows) is pristine and very clean. Everyone on staff is just so friendly making it and enjoyable experience. Brought my ES300h in for 30 mo scheduled maintenance on a Friday morning. When arrived, there was one vehicle in front of me, but soon, a couple more arrived; but checking in was smooth and quick. Francis, Friday morning. When arrived, there was one vehicle in front of me, but soon, a couple more arrived; but checking in was smooth and quick. Francis, my service specialist, quickly went over my service order and got it going. The waiting lounge was roomy and comfortable, I enjoyed the time relaxing while waiting for the service to complete. Work was done earlier than the estimated time frame. I’m happy with the experience and the service received. More
Had such a great experience working with John Yang in the service department. Hands down one of the best service advisors I’ve dealt with across all the different car brands I’ve owned. The intake process wa service department. Hands down one of the best service advisors I’ve dealt with across all the different car brands I’ve owned. The intake process was super thorough, and John clearly explained the next steps. I had a few ongoing issues with my NX that were previously brushed off as “normal” by Crown Lexus, but John actually took the time to listen. He even had me take a drive with the shop foreman, who right away noticed the issues and said they’d look into them. John kept me updated throughout the repair with regular texts and gave realistic timelines, which I really appreciated. When I picked up my car, the porter even asked if I wanted it rewashed since it had gotten a little dusty earlier in the day. A couple of days later, John followed up to confirm everything was taken care of, and it absolutely was. Overall, just a smooth and awesome experience from start to finish. Thanks again, John! More
