As a valued member of Longo Lexus, it’s our top priority not only to assist you with your vehicle repairs but also, help our guests understand the repairs, recommendations or inspections that were discussed or performed during their visit. Your Lexus was purchased at a Mercedes dealership w/ a 3rd party warranty. In March you had a radio | navigation concern however, only wanted us to inspect your vehicle for an oil leak and paid your deductible of $100.00. When your radio failed completely, you called last week to schedule the repair. Just as the first inspection, we needed to contact your 3rd party warranty provider and another $100.00 deductible needed to be retained before work could be performed. Your radio | Nav. concern was documented on your repair order in March of 2022. Sincerely, Team Longo
