Disapppointing Experience Well, I purchased my car in April and the experience was amazing. However, today I brought my car in for service and was very disappointed with the experience. It certainly did not match the white glove service received when I purchased the car. I brought my car in for a 10,000 mile routine service and was informed they needed to address a recall and would need to order the part and keep the car. I agreed to do so if they coukd provide a loaner, since they needed to keep it a couple of days. They didn't have a Lexus loaner, so they sent me to Enterprise located on their property. It would have been nice if they could have reserved car for me, but rather just sent me there to see what they had. From the beginning the women at Enterprise was condescending and quick to give me the lowest quality vehicle. Once she brought up the small dirty base model Jeep Patriot. I was reluctant to accept it since it had such a small backseat for my family who is visiting. She basically told me that she had a 4 Runner, but Lexus wouldn't approve it. I ask you, why would Lexus not approve 4 Runner, when they have my new RX350 due to a recall. When I asked the women to ask them to approve, she reluctantly said: it will be awhile so you will have to wait. So I agreed to wait. During my wait, I walked back to Lexus to see if they possibly had a loaner returned. When I explained the car I was given, he stated that they had a few loaners, not sure why they didn't earlier, but the size was not much bigger. Okay, not any bigger, but clearly nicer. When I was discussing the vehicle he jumped on the phone and left me standing there waiting while he was talking. I decided I had had enough, and walked back to see if Enterprise had approval for a different vehicle, not the case. The women basically stated they had no other vehicles available. What happens to a 4 Runner? Unbelievable! I came to Longo for service, despite working up the street from Glendale Lexus, because of the great personified service I received when I purchased the car. Hmmm..!! This is not 5- star I was promised. Disappointing. I think if you are servicing a vehicle, particularly due to a recall, you bend over backwards to put the customer in a comparable vehicle. And make sure they leave feeling special...quite the contrary. More

Leo was very RUDE! He made comments saying you are not the only one interested in this vehicle. I have plenty of people interested, no we will not go down on the price he would continuously interrupt me. We all know how it should've been handle a simple no and a statement saying if we get another ls 460 at you asking price we will give you a call.I would not buy a car from Leo if the would reduce the price period this guy should not be working at a dealership check his work ethic. The service is always well done and when the car is completed it is returned nice and clean. More

Bad initial experience saved by Clem and Frank Lorusso Called Longo Lexus service department for service of my navigation system of my RX 350. The girl that answered the line denied a loaner for the day si Called Longo Lexus service department for service of my navigation system of my RX 350. The girl that answered the line denied a loaner for the day since the service would take no more than 2 hours, I then asked to speak to someone else or a manager to see if there could be an exclusion. Instead of transferring me to a manager, she basically whispered "oh my god", then hung up the phone. Needless to say, I was astounded by such customer service. Unfortunately I had to fix my navigation system so had to bring my RX 350 into Longo. When I told Frank Lorusso, he brought in his manager,Clem, who redeemed Longo Lexus service department by not only promising to look into the matter but also by fixing my car within 30 minutes. He further offered me to pick up my car by flatbed for future services. After leasing with Lexus for the past 3 years I was ready to give up on them after being treated with such disrespect by the initial phone call, but luckily Clem saved Longo 's service department and earned them a 4 star rating. More
Bad experience on first purchase I've bought 2011 MINI with them 2015 December with Longo Lexus, when the sell CarFax said 1 accident they marketed well and we closed the deal for $9, I've bought 2011 MINI with them 2015 December with Longo Lexus, when the sell CarFax said 1 accident they marketed well and we closed the deal for $9,000. In 20 days i felt MINI is really will trade with LONGO Toyota, I got shocked the trade-in value us $5,000 and their report says 2 accident. I've not done anything, I driven only 400 miles in that 20 days. I accept mistake is mine i would have choose better car, I am explaining them just 20days back i bought here but they are not ready to listen and they are not interested to take it, I just walked off. Elmore Toyota have given the best service than LONGO. More

She works hard to get the best deal and tries to get you out the door as quickly as possible. She cares for her clients, very helpful in getting the car you want, responds promptly to inquires, and respects clients' time. After completing a few deals with her, I can say that I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a Lexus. She is an excellent example of Lexus' legendary customer service. More
My luck turned when Jose Uribe contacted me! It was several days before Christmas and life had not been kind to me, and then my car decided to kick me in the pants also. I took my vehicle over to be serviced at Longo Lexus and things turned worse. I took the car in for 3 reasons, my VSC light had come on, my brakes were doing a chattering and my door locks were not responding to open or lock on my key. When I went back to pick my car up, the brakes had been done but nothing else had been taken care of. As a matter of fact my car wouldn't even start! I drove off of that lot feeling like I had been badly taken advantage of and was thoroughly disgusted with the dealership I had trusted the most, but wait this is mot the end of my story. Along came my knight in shinning armour by the name of Jose Uribe. He sent a young man over to leave with with a loaner and took my car back to the dealership to be worked on. Jose stepped up and beyond and took care of getting my "Annie" back on the road again. Honestly, I couldn't have been treated better, thus this is why I am giving Longo Lexus the five stars, but I am giving Jose ten stars for being the first class man he is. Longo Lexus I want to tell you that you have a jewel of an employee in Jose. I have already thanked you Jose but words can't express my gratitude to you. You have restored my soul in humanity! Took it in 5 times for them to fix it even after circling the flaw in the paint for their body shop. The car spent many weeks in the shop while they.... I guess stored the car for me since they obviously did nothing to fix the problem. During one visit, they spilled adhesive on the headlight. So not only did they not fix the problem, they created a new one that it had to go back in for. Second issue was a check engine light. My code reader revealed an evap system problem. No issue, this is usually a loose gas cap. Tightened the cap and reset the codes to have the code reappear a week later. Same exercise, same result. On the third light, I took it back to Longo (yeah, I should have known better). I told three people at the dealership about resetting the code and that it was not likely a gas cap. Later that day, the service agent calls me and tells me the car is done. The cause of the light??? you guessed it, they claimed a loose gas cap. So after explaining this... again... to a manager, they asked to keep the car longer. The next day, they showed me a photo of an evap tube that was damaged. The area is in plain site under the car. HOW COULD THEY POSSIBLY MISS THIS? PARTICULARLY AFTER I TOLD THEM AND THEY AGREED THAT IT WAS NOT LIKELY A GAS CAP. If you have any work that needs to be done, take it elsewhere. Anywhere else. More
