My wife and I walked on the car lot today and a salesperson Eric Garcia approached us. We had done a lot of research and knew what car we wanted. He made the whole buying experience very pleasurable. He worked out a great deal for us and we were in and out in about an hour and a half. (BTW he told us he had started at the dealership washing cars and is now obviously doing very well in sales) We were at the same dealership about two weeks prior and we were approached by another salesperson, and our experience was the exact opposite. When you plan on dropping north of 50 grand for a car the least you would expect from a salesperson is common manners. Needless to say he didn't earn our business. Arrogance and entitlement won't get you very far when there's a plethora of salespeople willing to actually work instead of trying to cherry pick who will and who won't buy a car. Thanks again, Eric you made the purchase an easy one. More
