I wasn’t too happy when I drop off the car for my appointment. I thought I was told to wait inside my car upon arrival, so I sat in the car waiting for about 5 to 8 minutes. Then, I was told to go in appointment. I thought I was told to wait inside my car upon arrival, so I sat in the car waiting for about 5 to 8 minutes. Then, I was told to go inside. I walked to one of the windows. I was told to wait for service agent. I stood there in the waiting area for about 15-20 minutes. It was around 4ish on a Friday and there weren’t many customers remaining on the floor. So, I walked up to the window again and told them I have a 3:30 appointment and I had been waiting for about 20 minutes. Then, the service agent finally came to assist me. This service at check in was not pleasant. However, after the service agent assisted me with what I need. I was taking cared of. A loaner car was arranged, and communications of services to the car was constantly updated via text and from my service agent. Overall, service agent was extremely helpful.
