Longo Lexus service center is awesome. I scheduled an appointment for a service campaign where I was told it was going to take 3 hours. My plan was to wait for the car but Mr Wong the serv I scheduled an appointment for a service campaign where I was told it was going to take 3 hours. My plan was to wait for the car but Mr Wong the service advisor offered me an Uber ride home (back and forth) so I don’t have to sit around and wait for 3 hours.
