bad service !! LET'S SEE, THEY SCRACHED MY TRUCK AND TOLD ME THAT THEY COULD ONLY GIVE ME A FREE DETAIL AT ''ANOTHER TIME'' AND THEN THEY CHARGED ME TO ROTATE MY TIR LET'S SEE, THEY SCRACHED MY TRUCK AND TOLD ME THAT THEY COULD ONLY GIVE ME A FREE DETAIL AT ''ANOTHER TIME'' AND THEN THEY CHARGED ME TO ROTATE MY TIRES AND WHEN I LOOKED AT THE TIRES THEY WERE NEVER ROTATED!!!! WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY TOOK IT BACK IN AND DID IT, [WHILE I GOT TO SIT AND WAIT FOR THEM TO DO SOMETHING THAT SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BIN DONE!!!!] BUT I GUESS MY TIME MEANS NOTHING TO THEM. THEN THE SERVICE ADVISOR TOLD ME THAT A REFLASH FIXED THE "DEATH SHAKE IN MY FRONT END!!!! WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT I WAS A WAS A CERT. MASTER AUTO/MED./HEAVY TRUCK TECH. FOR YEARS HE TOLD ME HIS FRONT END GUY SAID IT WAS AN AFTERMARKET STABLIZER THAT I PUT ON THE TRUCK!! IT WAS AN 0EM PART!!! SO THEN I SAID I WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK TO THE FRONT END GUY HE TOLD ME THAT HE GOES HOME AT 5:00 AND I WOULD HAVE TO GET THERE BEFORE THAT I SAID OK. I ARRIVERD AT 4:25 AND WHEN I ASKED TO TALK TO HIM ANGELO WALKED TO THE SHOP AND TURNED RIGHT AROUND CAME BACK AND SAID HE ALREADY WENT HOME I AM SURE HE WAS LIEING TO ME . THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND THE LAST TIME I WAS IN FOR A SERVICE THEY TOLD ME THEY DIDN'T ROTATE MY TIRES BECAUSE THEY ONLY HAD ONE LIFT THAT WOULD PICK MY TRUCK UP AND THERE WAS A TRUCK ON IT ALREADY BUT THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR IT!!!! SALES STAFF ARE GREAT HERE BUT SEVICE SUCKS!!!!! THE SERVICE ADVISOR ANGELO GAVE ME A VERY SARCASTIC SMART xxx ATITUDE THE WHOLE TIME ON THE PHONE AND WHEN I CAME TO PICK UP THE TRUCK. I THINK THEY JUST PUSHED IT OUT THE DOOR BECAUSE IT IS CLOSE TO BEING OUT OF WARRANTY SOON!!! VERY SAD WAY TO DO BUISNESS !!!! GUESS NEXT VEH. MAYBE NOT A FORD!!! OH YEA AND WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE SERVICE MANAGER THEY SAID HE WAS GONE TOO . I ASKED FOR HIS CARD AND THEY GAVE ME A SECRETARIES CARD INSTEAD AND SAID I COULD LEAVE A MESSAGE WITH HER AND SHE WOULD TELL HIM!!!! WHAT A JOKE, THOUGHT FORD WAS BETTER THAN THIS BUT EVIDENTALLY NOT!!!! More

Absolutely horrible. Took two months for them to process my loan. Called weeks on end leaving multiple messages just for a call back.
