My 2019 ford mustang was having an issue with the passenger side front tire as it was losing psi faster than normal. I showed up early Saturday morning and the more than nice service advisor/ technic passenger side front tire as it was losing psi faster than normal. I showed up early Saturday morning and the more than nice service advisor/ technician heard my problem and took my car in at around 7;30.at 9 am.The advisor called me up and reported r he tire was fine all they did was clear debris from the bead air stem.All for no charge. Good with one exception Purchased a used 2019 Lexus IS 300. I had the car delivered to me by a 3rd party car hauler. Finally called the used car sales department and that gentleman finally put me through to the title department. Finally received my temporary tag one week after I purchased the car. It was a present for my son and he couldn't even drive it. Also, I texted and called Manny and Cesar several times during this time period with no response. Except for tag fiasco the purchase of the vehicle and related paperwork went great. More

Stopped in to have a rear hatch lift cylinder replaced. Service Writer looked at it, verified it needed to be replaced, determined when one would be there and set up an appointment. The Chevy Equinox I purchased from this exact location (when it was a Chevy dealer) was always washed at the Chevy dealers, no matter what I had done, including just an oil change. Ford dealers have never even offered to wash. More

Extremely disappointed. Made arrangements to come up from the Keys to inspect a vehicle, arrived at 11 am, the vehicle was unavailable to view as it was in their service area with a flat tire and we wer from the Keys to inspect a vehicle, arrived at 11 am, the vehicle was unavailable to view as it was in their service area with a flat tire and we were told that we weren't allowed in the area, that the tire would be changed and brought out for us to check over. Two hours later, still unable to inspect, frustrated with the entire experience and low ball trade in offer, we left and basically wasted an entire day traveling a total of 220 miles. The viewing was prearranged, the sales manager even called to confirm our location (we were just approaching the 18 mile stretch) so their inability to have the vehicle on the lot where we could have least looked her over came as a grave disappointment. More
