We came in for an oil change. While waiting, we browsed the lot. We wound up buying a new car, upgrading the one we purchased 3 years ago from Lorenzo. They are great to deal with! The car had a large scra the lot. We wound up buying a new car, upgrading the one we purchased 3 years ago from Lorenzo. They are great to deal with! The car had a large scratch across the door which they said they would fix. They gave us a loner car. We picked the car up when it was ready and they did a fantastic job, thanks to Mark at the body shop. He was awesome! Our service call turned out to be a new sales call. We are happy owners! More

Could not resolve a problem on the visit. I had a problem with windshield washer pump and they told me they would not be able to look at that and would have to bring it another day. Not bad but room for improvment. I brought my car in after buying on the 1st of Feb, (this was 10 days after) the reason being, sensores where blocked and cruise control was not worki I brought my car in after buying on the 1st of Feb, (this was 10 days after) the reason being, sensores where blocked and cruise control was not working. I expected to be in and out quickly, I waited close to four hours, just to be told I needed to leave my car behind. I was given a rental and had my car the next day, less then 24 hours later the cruise control was/is acting up again. On the other hand the employee by the name of Angelo ( 5 star service) was very helpful and did what he could to keep me in the loop and did his best to get me out. Now that I will be returning my car for another repair, Angelo has gone the extra step to make sure my rental is ready to go and my car will be taken care of. I truly want to do business with this dealership, but as of right now I am not impressed. More
