Lorenzo Ford of Homestead, la experiencia que he tenido comprando auto . Todo muy bien mientras que mo tengas firmado el contrato. Luego, si trabajas con Ariel mas vale prestar atención pues luego que firm comprando auto . Todo muy bien mientras que mo tengas firmado el contrato. Luego, si trabajas con Ariel mas vale prestar atención pues luego que firmas se termina su disposición de ayudar y la respuesta que tiene siempre es que el negocio que mas bien es una trampa, ya se envio al banco y todo esta termino. También debes revisar el auto pues si pueden te pasan autos usados como como si fueran nuevos y no puedes hacer nada luego que firmas . En resumen, si alguien piensa ir a ese lugar es mejor que este alerta pues son personas orientadas solamente a cerrar la venta sin importar el cliente. No recomiendo ese lugar a nadie ya que fue un mal negocio y la atención al cliente es pesima. Son en mi opinión unos estafadores al mantener empleados como Ariel que solo busca vender autos con problemas como si fueran nuevos. Para mi fue una gran decepción ya que confié en un dealer conocido y termine siendo engañado. More

Well, by the time I called back, the dealership was already closed, so I knew they weren't going to call me back the same day. Well, since it was a manager, I figured if I left a voicemail, that I would receive a call back. I called the personal number that he left and the extension and left both a voicemail. Boy was I wrong. Now, the car is sold. Isn't that great? Lorenzo Ford is horrible and no one should have to deal with them. If anyone wants proof, I have the voicemails, emails, and texts. Also a picture of the Honda with the stock number before the price went up and before they out pictures up a d pictures of the Honda after the price went up with the pictures. Screw you Lorenzo Ford.
