I went to Lorenzo Nissan Ft. Lauderdale dealership to get a oil change and to check my tire because It was losing air I left the car with them they called me and said that they r Lauderdale dealership to get a oil change and to check my tire because It was losing air I left the car with them they called me and said that they rotated my tires it was nothing wrong with my tire that was losing air they charged me for rotating my tires, oil change and something else I picked it up the next day it was losing air again I went to a tire shop they told me if I don’t get my tire that was losing air changed it would’ve blown up while I was driving they took the tire down and showed me wires hanging out the tire so that let me know that the people at Lorenzo Nissan Ft. Lauderdale didn’t really check the tires like they said they did and I think they didn’t really change my oil they wrote over the old sticker I had on the car from the oil change from before I feel like they probably didn’t do the services I asked them to help me with instead I probably got ripped off More

My only grievence is being advised that even though my car required a 2.5 week service stay that nissan does not provide loaner cars and only provides a rental for 4 days. That is unacceptable. I will not car required a 2.5 week service stay that nissan does not provide loaner cars and only provides a rental for 4 days. That is unacceptable. I will not bring my car back for service at this location. More
