One of the service reps was very rude and short with us. We had to wait for 2 hours and 20 minutes for a simple oil change. The finance manager had to get involved and he made sure we were helped. Unfortuna We had to wait for 2 hours and 20 minutes for a simple oil change. The finance manager had to get involved and he made sure we were helped. Unfortunately I have complimentary oil changes there but I’m considering just paying another place from now on.
