My appointment was @ 8am. I waited 30 minutes for my advisor. He told me 2hrs and 30 minutes should be all that’s needed for a oil change. My car wasn’t pulled for service unt I waited 30 minutes for my advisor. He told me 2hrs and 30 minutes should be all that’s needed for a oil change. My car wasn’t pulled for service until 11:00am. They cleared codes even though there wasn’t any service done. I didn’t see a purpose of waiting any longer to get the oil changed after waiting almost 3 hours already. They double book appointments and don’t care who’s inconvenienced. More

Gerald did an amazing job at explaining what my car needed. His explanations were above and beyond and very detailed. The car was not properly washed, water marks on the body inside no vaccuum done There was no loaner no shuttle i had to wait for 2 hours and due to this i reached office late.
