My Sentra was at your dealership on Tuesday this week (3/15) for a scheduled appointment to program a second key fob. The experience was very dissatisfying and a full day was wasted without the courtesy (3/15) for a scheduled appointment to program a second key fob. The experience was very dissatisfying and a full day was wasted without the courtesy of a call to let me know that the work had not been accomplished. I respectfully request a call to discuss how to avoid this with my return trip to get a fob programmed. More
