One of the service reps was very rude and short with us. We had to wait for 2 hours and 20 minutes for a simple oil change. The finance manager had to get involved and he made sure we were helped. Unfortunately I have complimentary oil changes there but I’m considering just paying another place from now on. Had to wait longer than usual. Shaun, my service advisor was great, kept me abreast all the time. The vehicle wash team can do a better job though. All in all, totally satisfied. They always do a good job, but to wait 6 hours for a oil change is to much. Also, one of the employees was very rude one customer asked how much long will take and he said to him if cant wait take your car change is to much.
