First off, I tried for 2 wks to make my service appt, and when no-one called me back, I had to go in and make the appt. When I asked what was included in the check up, the service scheduler replied, "I dont when no-one called me back, I had to go in and make the appt. When I asked what was included in the check up, the service scheduler replied, "I dont know".... Then, when I got there that day, I stood in the service bay at the desk, and employees walked past me for 10 minutes before I went into the actual garage and asked a mechanic if someone could help. He asked me who my appt was with. I wasn't given my own mechanic, is anyone else? Then the same scenario happened again when I came to pick up my car, and there was another man standing there at the service desk who was having the same experience. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! More

In my 12 years of owning Nissan vehicles, Lorenzo Is by far the best service center. Craig S. and team are friendly, courteous and always follow-up on requests or outstanding items...Craig even calls on h far the best service center. There are other dealerships that are closer to my home, but I choose Lorenzo due to the outstanding customer service!! More
