I went for a replacement switch. Craig Servo was the advisor. Had an appointment for 8:15 am. Waited 2 hours he did not follow up with me to let me know how long it would take and what the problem was. advisor. Had an appointment for 8:15 am. He told me that they did not have a part. But no one told me anything. Craig always told me when he gets a chance he will check. Meanwhile he kept taking his time with other customers showing ne that I am not important. In addition I wanted to take care if brakes and my car was parked across the street. . I had to be on top of them to get my car finished. I was there 5 hours. I am not happy More
