My not-very-old battery died on my 2016 Nissan. I communicated with my amazing service adviser Craig Servo, and he advised me on how to get my car down to the dealership. I arrived at 5:30 pm. Anyway, my existing battery did indeed test out as being defective, and the mechanic replaced it with a new battery at no charge, and I was done by 6:00 pm.
