Always excellent service Well, I must say the staff is always welcoming. However when I purchased my vehicle I was told that I should purchase a grease and oil change for $69 Well, I must say the staff is always welcoming. However when I purchased my vehicle I was told that I should purchase a grease and oil change for $699.99 for a prepaid maintenance agreement and it would save me money. To date I have less then 4000 miles.do to the pandemic we are not doing much driving. I was told to contact Nissan directly to see if they would extend the coverage. They told me it was not there choice but the dealerships. So I am not a happy person about this issue. More

Treated me like a family member. (serious Craig really did) All though I did not purchase my car from them but I worked a couple of blocks away from the dealership. I had some questions about how to operate certain features on my Mariano that the dealer I purchased it from glossed over & wanted me out the door as soon as they got my money. When pulling in to the Lorenzo's service department & was greeted by Craig & he cheerfully took the time to explained & show me the features of the car. A couple of months later I saw Craig again & he remembered my name & told him I would like the car fully serviced but he told me I only need these items done saving me unnecessarily expenses.I can go on with a long list of what he has done for me & my wife from everything from pickups to loaners to expediting getting our car back to us in a timely fashion. I am a volunteer CERT for the city of Fort Lauder dale & Craig has treated with respect & shown his regards for those who service our great city. I will only purchase & service from Lorenzo from here on out & encourage everyone else to do the same. More
