pleased with fast service but noticed scratches on suv I had a battery that went bad ,suv was under warranty which was covered and they replaced, was very satisfied but as always before getting in my car a I had a battery that went bad ,suv was under warranty which was covered and they replaced, was very satisfied but as always before getting in my car and leaving I always walk around my car to make sure it looks the same as they received it.Well I and the young man that last drive my car and handed me my keys notice several scratches in front left fender where the guy had been working installing the battery.We both noticed them ,my car is well taken care of and its a 2016 murano which was bought brand new at this same dealership, the car will be 3 yrs old next month with 14200 miles ,there are no marks or scratches on my car beforehand.As we were looking at the marks another worker was walking buy I think he must have worked in the detailing department ,he got the young man to go get some wax cream and he worked for about 15 to 20 mins, trying to buff them out .I thanked him for taking his time.I only thought is that the installer must have a metal button maybe on his pants and as he worked he didn't realize it was scratching paint.So very pleased with fast service replacing the battery but not to pleased noticing the 4 to 5 scratches in that one area ,same corner where the battery is ,just glad that the right guy was passing by and stop, seen the problem, took time to work on it.I was joking with him and said oh you must work in the detailing dept cause most workers wouldn't stop to even look. Still very pleased More
