I definitely do think that the RIGHT sales person matters when purchasing a car. Tonight was the second time coming to this dealership as the first time I came in a different sales person and manager tried g when purchasing a car. Tonight was the second time coming to this dealership as the first time I came in a different sales person and manager tried getting me to sign A SECOND loan knowingly I wanted to trade in my car. They didn't listen to what I wanted and wanted to push for a second car loan but why do I need two cars ??! I didn't even up taking the deal and decided to give it time until another pre-owned Jeep was available and I'm so glad I was patient and waited! I actually had an appt with George but (sorry to say) thankfully he was busy with a different customer when I arrived and Chad ended up helping me. He was the BEST. He listened to EVERYTHING I wanted in the deal. He took my car to get appraised and was able to get me a high buying price for my 2018 Mercedes. He was able to get me a great deal for my new 2019 Jeep Wrangler Sport S. I came in with my kid's and even though buying a car is a VERY long process, he was patient with me AND my kiddos. He kept me in the loop EVERY step of the way in the process and made sure we were comfortable with everything. He was able to get me approved with great numbers and even after i signed the buying papers (another long process) he STILL took the time to teach me everything about my new car. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail and even helped me put the child locks on the doors. I appreciate everything Chad did for us!!
