Save yourself the headache and avoid this dealership. Unfortunately we used this dealership to get a new vehicle and trade in our old (same model) and over 5 months later we are still trying to get them Unfortunately we used this dealership to get a new vehicle and trade in our old (same model) and over 5 months later we are still trying to get them to complete the transaction. The problem is that they aren’t willing to communicate at all and treated us poorly and like we’re bothering them when they dropped the ball and messed up so bad. They don’t answer any calls and they don’t return any voicemails, just avoid you. Remember they got their sale so they don’t care about you once you walk off their lot. It took them over a month and a half to ground the vehicle we traded in leaving us responsible for both vehicles for that entire time. They failed to complete the DMV paperwork properly so now over 5 months later they’ve left us responsible and their response is “to ignore the bill we received from the DMV as all their other customers do”. They actually advised us to go stand in line “making sure to get there extra early” at the one open DMV office (because of COVID) that isn’t even anywhere near our home to do the paperwork ourselves. They just don’t care about customer service at all and they didn’t do their job. Save yourself the time, stress, headache and work you’ll have and use another dealership where they believe customer and do their job. You’ll be so happy you did! More
