First of all, I would like to thank Javier Alvarez. From the moment I stepped in the auto service shop, Javier was such a professional. A rare experience I had from being stuck at a gas station waiting for a tow truck and sending my car to LACDJR for service. As bad as my day was, Javier reassured me that things happen like this all the time and not to worry. Javier explained everything to me by the detail and was very orientated in attention to detail at his job. The staff excelled above and beyond as well with the process. Moreover, Javier communicated with be each day on the condition of the vehicle. In the end, the job was done. With such a cohesive crew LACDJR have an amazing asset to their department to represent. Javier had rare characteristics such as: caring, commitment, teamwork, and integrity. I recommend this gentleman a raise in position from his customer service. The crew also washed my car. They didn't had to do that but they did an amazing job. Look good, feel good, and act good.
