Customer Service, service Jose Gonzalez was my contact person. Jose was knowledgeable and friendly. . My initial visit was for an oil change and oil sensor flashing. I had to Jose Gonzalez was my contact person. Jose was knowledgeable and friendly. . My initial visit was for an oil change and oil sensor flashing. I had to return a few days later as on my exit I was told I had a coolant leak. Not sure why it wasn’t addressed when there. Came back for coolant leak and still oil sensor still flashing. At this time I discussed a tuneup and other maintenance that Jose recommended. A rental car was provided. The replacement hose for the coolant leak took quite a while to get. Picked up car and 12/26/19. On 12/30/19 the sensor was still flashing. I had to rent a car in order to travel. Brought car back on 1/3.2020 for sensor, number 3 visit same problem. Jose was professional and assured me this last visit was no charge. I haven’t received my car as of 1/6/2020. A rental car was provided. Jose is an asset to your company. More
