Bad work, false statements too many lies I came for service to this place, for the last 8 or 10 years, because I have a Chrysler Sebring, but in the last three years, I got a really bad exper I came for service to this place, for the last 8 or 10 years, because I have a Chrysler Sebring, but in the last three years, I got a really bad experience, staff lies to me, they make false statements, and so on. The last disgusting experience was the last two months; I give them my car because the control panel saying has a problem with oil. After they make the first inspection, they say the car need oil change, after that they say in reality the car have a big problem leaking oil and it need open the engine and change parts, I order the job they recommend for my car. After two weeks I get my car back, but I only drive for about two or three weeks, and then the car start in the control panel with the same problem plus the car now have heavy smock emissions. I have to go back to the dealer and, they say have check the engine again and repeat the work, they do but when they give to me my car, I notice the passenger window is broken or something, because cannot close complete, I give the car back to the dealer, and after two days, the service manager say that the car is too old and the inside door parts are fragmented, I explain to the service manager that I cannot believe that, but he insist that is the problem. They force to me to pay for something did wrong, and I request for the broken part and is obvious that the part was broken, but not for fragmentation, because I can see the par are I acceptable condition, no fragmentation at all, actually any one can see the part was broken for any other reason, and according to me they did, but they do not want to accept the responsibility, I have to mention they take two weeks the first time and almost three weeks this last time.
