I knew the car I wanted from the start, but was mentally preparing to be upsold on a higher end version once I got there. This was not the case at all. I felt as though my wishes were respected throughout the entire process and my needs were met. I got a fair value for my trade in, a good price on my new Jeep, and it all took just a little over 2 hours start to finish. Very happy with my experience with Erasto Mendez and his team and LA CDJR!
