When we first arrived we were meet by a man who's name I can't remember. He had obviously never sold a vehicle before because he did not know anything about the process. When asked questions about the Jeep we were there to buy he had no knowledge. When filling out the credit application he needed help from myself and his coworkers. He did not know which Jeeps he had in inventory or how to find them. It wasn't until we were walking out the door to leave, thinking the jeep we wanted was not there, that Mich was called in to locate our Jeep. Mitch explained to us that in fact they they did have the exact jeep we wanted upstairs. We were very happy with his service and great full that we hadn't traveled all this way for nothing. At this point we were ready to make a deal and drive home in our new jeep. Then the car that we brought for our trade in which already had forty guaranteed offers through autotrader.com was brought into question. They offered us seven thousand dollars less than what we could have sold to any dealership without buying anything. The first offer they brought to us was full sticker price plus the 7000.00 they said we were upside down. We got up to leave, feeling sick to our stomachs because this is not at all what we were told on the phone otherwise we would not have taken our whole day to make arrangements to come and buy this jeep. We were ready with cash and excited about our purchase. Understanding that sometimes customers and salesmen cannot come to terms and the fact that it was after 9:00pm and we needed to travel 100 more miles home with our 5year old son who was exhausted after dealing with the three hour back and forth these folks put us through, they would not let us leave. They literally would not give us our keys. First my wife asked the unhelpful man sitting across from me for my keys and he said that Billy had them. We waited a few minutes and asked him to get them from Billy. He said he had to wait for billy to come back so he could get them. About 20 min later Billy came back and we asked him for our keys he said he didn't have them. I told him i wanted to leave and needed my keys and he walked away. At this point my wife and child went outside to wait by our car while I processed to beg for our car keys. All of them continued to ignore my wishes and wanted to talk about the fact that they were trying to work out a different deal on the Jeep. My wife and son were waiting outside in the cold while I continued to ask for our keys. At this point another 20 mins have passed and my wife had to yell through the front door of the showroom floor that she and my son were freezing and just wanted the keys to get their jackets from the car. Finally Billy who originally stated that he didn't have our keys nor did he know who did gave me our keys and I was able take my family home after dealing with this nightmare! After all of this, the following day and two days to follow, they continued to call and offer to honor the deal I originally made them. According to them they would be loosing thousands of dollars but would honor the deal. We had the pleasure of telling them they would not be able to "GIVE" us a Jeep, even if it were free! We feel confident that we will be purchasing our dream jeep from someone else very soon. All is well, Happy Jeeping! The Henderson Family More
I have bought several cars in my life, and this was the WORST experience I have ever had. They delayed my car delivery and never answered my calls after I had sent them my cashier's check. The manager los WORST experience I have ever had. They delayed my car delivery and never answered my calls after I had sent them my cashier's check. The manager lost my contract and refused to let me take my car out of the shop. DON'T BUY FROM THEM! Mike Lee and his staff are unorganized, unqualified and have no concern for their customers. I watched customers wait while these people left for smoke breaks, and dinners. In the middle of my deal, mike told me he had "important business to attend to" and I caught him sitting in his office, feet up, eating his dinner. I can't stress enough not to buy from them. This dealership will shut down if they keep this up. There are plenty of other dealerships in the area that sell the same cars - go to them instead. You will be much much happier. More

I love my new Fiat. However the purchase experience has been a total nightmare, and did not end the day I bought the car. I feel that was taken advantage of many times through the process, and still I fee been a total nightmare, and did not end the day I bought the car. I feel that was taken advantage of many times through the process, and still I feel that I am constantly being "fooled" about what I am getting. It is exhausting to constantly calculate the deal I was/am "truly" getting! The financing was so complicated that I ended up with a totally awful deal. Here is what happened... Once Michael (sales guy) and I agreed on monthly payment I would be willing to pay, I got into the financing room and that price went up. Despite my insistence that that was absolutely my bottom line with taxes, registration, everything-- all in. In order to bring the price back down to the agreed upon payment I was told they would have to remove the warranty which comes standard. I didn't think this was even possible. No warranty on a car that is brand new on the American market? I would NEVER agree to that!!! The financing guy (Louie) tells me that in order to compensate for the money which they are losing on my deal, they need to show some margin gains. So if I purchase an extended warranty they can let me have the car at the agreed upon amount and I can cancel the warranty within 60 days and I get my money back -- I can put the warranty on my credit card and be fully refunded. And if I cancel the extended warranty the manufacturer's warranty will still be in effect. I know this all sounds insane, and I agreed, so that's why I got this all in writing from Louie (which I still have). However when I went to cancel the pricey extended warranty I was not credited my money back at all!! Instead I was told that Louie mysteriously structured the deal incorrectly and my money would be credited to the lease lien holder and therefore would be reimbursed at backend of my lease agreement-- in nearly three years!!!! This means that not only would I need to find a way to pay off the $1300 now sitting on my credit card accruing interest at an exorbitant interest rate-- but I have also given the Motor Village $1300 to invest for 3 years until they pay me/my lease back. $1300 reimbursed to me in 3 years is much less than $1300 reimbursed to me today. Throughout the process of trying to get my extended warranty money back Rhett (the GM) and about 5 different people came in and out trying to give me different deals ranging from trading in my car for a new car (which would require an entirely NEW set complicated terms and would also require me to get another car, which I just bought my car a month ago!) to a financing agreement on my current car. All because Louie and Michael created some shady deal and structured the agreement incorrectly. I felt very taken advantage of and worry that others who aren't so financially savvy will be much worse off dealing with these folks! Please beware of their very complicated deals which seem like a good bargain on the surface but are very shady once you do some digging! More

I just spent the last two days working with a fantastic sale person, Dee Dee Joshua. She went out of her way to make my experience fantastic. Never pushy, very knowledgeable about the vehicles.
