The dealership and its staff are very nice. However, my Jeep wrangler rubicon 4xe has been making a very loud squeal noise for a couple of months now and I have brought it in about 3-4 times fo However, my Jeep wrangler rubicon 4xe has been making a very loud squeal noise for a couple of months now and I have brought it in about 3-4 times for the same issue and it has still not been resolved. I have to keep paying rentals out of pocket because they leave my vehicle there 1-2 days just to give me my vehicle back with the same issue. They brushed me off even after I showed them video proof that the issue was not fixed. I’d probably avoid coming to get serviced here.. employees are nice but they just don’t get their jobs done.
