Great Job Again I use my van for business , cookie route. I recently had a problem with my power steering, stopped in and was greeted b a service rep. Courtney. Sh I use my van for business , cookie route. I recently had a problem with my power steering, stopped in and was greeted b a service rep. Courtney. She was very professional and got my truck looked at that day. After finding out that I needed a power steering pump and gear box. (Replaced in May at Firestone) She recommended the Proper Equipment (GM) and I agreed to have it fixed along with a few more things. The mechanic , Chuck was very good in searching out all the problems and fixing it correctly. My truck is running better than before. I returned to Firestone to ask if there was a warranty on the incorrect power steering units and they informed me that there was only a 30 day warranty. Bachrodt's will now receive 100% of my business because of the professional way they handled my problem. Thank You, Rick Norsen More
service department is the worst This is my second new car purchase from bachrodt and definitely my last seeing there are no more GM dealers in the area with out going out of town I'm This is my second new car purchase from bachrodt and definitely my last seeing there are no more GM dealers in the area with out going out of town I'm very pleased with the sales staff but the service department is the worst I've bought 2 new vehicles at jack wolf in the past AND 2 from anderson ford top notch service departments no issues with oil changes or service bring them in no appointment necessary here that was my issue after the first car was service I was reassured when buying the second new vehicle if there are any issues they would be taken care of also was talked into a pre pay for my oil changes when purchasing the vehicle and I could save some money so I did so I call to get a oil change 2 WEEKS to get in for a simple oil change that's a joke there then my wife takes it in with the coupon book to get it done I had 1 last coupon told the coupon from the last change hadn't been taken out so I have to pay wife calls make a call to the dealership no one cares to talk or address me about this oh well I had her pay and that's fine I will never buy another from here ever or recommend them if it's worth loosing a customer over a oil change that he had pre paid for great I have all my service receipts and it showed that I was definitely owed another oil change but it's not worth the effort to prove I was in the Wright I'm moving on and purchasing elsewhere More

They wanted to charge me about $1000 dollars to replace a very expensive electronic module ($600) -this was a lie it wasnt broken--and the trunk motor ($300) --this was true--plus diagnosis costs. I knew something was up so I left and for $85 fixed it myself (thanks YouTube). I did replace the trunk motor ($75 online) and it works just fine. I spent $10 on a victory lunch. The lady I dealt with in service was fine, it's the service tech who LIED. More
