Mr. Kaehler: I am sorry for your experience. It is not our intent to ever not satisfy one of our guests. I know my service manager did reach out to you and offered some concessions in the spirit of customer satisfaction. For some reason, we never removed the service coupon from your last visit. You did get all services promised, but apologize for our error. We never have a two week waiting list, except for limited hours on Saturdays, so I am confused as to how this came up. I would like to reiterate what my service manager offered and invite you in for your next service on us because your business is important to us.
