Cluster of Incompetence 6 months ago I used my last "prepaid" service with them. The tech filled my windshield washer tank with DEF. I unknowingly attempted to use my washers 6 months ago I used my last "prepaid" service with them. The tech filled my windshield washer tank with DEF. I unknowingly attempted to use my washers on I95 and could not see, as well as overspray onto the vehicle everywhere. My paint ended up ruined. It took this long to get them to repaint it. A 10 year old with rattle cans and a sanding block would do a better job in high winds than these guys did. On another vehicle, they completely forgot a large portion of the prepaid service. As in did not rotate tires, never checks air pressure in them.. NEVER AGAIN... if I could give negative stars, I would. More
Liars liars!! Run! False advertising adds $5000 once you sit down. Rudest staff ever except GM Refused agreed price if not finance with them! Same This place is horrible! Everyone but GM was rude and very unapproachable! While we even there another gentleman got up yelling liars liars out the door!! Do not waste your time!! We even drove 3 hours in the rain to go bc they refused to answer a single question over the phone (should have been my red flag) and spent 4 hours there and drive 3 hours home in rain.., without the car!! No offer of even a water the whole time we are there!! Run from this place, don’t even waste a phone call!! More

She was so nice however she informed us that the car would not be available until the next day at 2pm. That’s not what we agreed on. When Hector came to speak to us there was no apology, he instead told us we were wrong and that’s not how it works there. Hector was extremely unprofessional and didn’t even try to sell us a different option. He also stood in front of our car talking to someone when we were trying to leave. More
We made an appointment to see a specific vehicle at the dealership. We drove over an hour to get there only to learn that the vehicle was offsite and that the only way we could see it was to negotiate the dealership.
