Courteous Service Department BUT Our problem was with the GPS, part of the Info/Entertainment system. The symptoms started with the GPS loosing fix and taking us home to Detroit. T Our problem was with the GPS, part of the Info/Entertainment system. The symptoms started with the GPS loosing fix and taking us home to Detroit. Two tries to get a proper hardware replacement. The new unit had a software bug and two more tries to mostly fix the problem. The unit has locked up 2 times since the last service that required full power down to reboot the processor, but not bad enough to take it back in. More
