After being at several other dealerships Allan Main was our salesman and he was most wonderful. We have been searching for months for a mid-size SUV. After being at several other dealerships and being hounded we never made a purchase as we felt we couldn't feel free to look around on our own without being harassed and followed. Also no other dealership had such good pricing. Allan wasn't pushy or hounded us but was there if we had any questions. It was a nice experience at the Lou Fusz dealership in Ofallon MO. We made our purchase and I couldn't be more excited about my new SUV!!! He took the time to explain all the features of our new car and stayed extra late to make sure I had basic understanding of the touchscreen and how to work most of the stuff on the vehicle !!! Joe Liebmann was hands down the best, most personable sales person we could have asked for. He made the process super easy and didn't try to sell us something that we could not afford. He was very patient with us (even stayed late) to help us get exactly what we wanted, and making the lengthy process seem quick and easy. And after a few months, we are both still in love with our cars. We will definitely be going back to Lou Fusz for future purchases and I would highly recommend the. Lou Fusz, and Joe, provided the best experience we could have hoped for. More

Both Joe Jordan & Nathan (Finance Manager) completed the sale/contract on time. That following Monday, I dropped off the title for the 2007 Corvette & the Sales Manager took care of detailing the 2016 Jeep Wrangler one more time when I mentioned a few minor items that need attention & answered my question. Re: Service Department I absolutely will not use this service department again for the following reasons: (1) I received no initial greeting from the service staff nor ackn I absolutely will not use this service department again for the following reasons: (1) I received no initial greeting from the service staff nor acknowledgement of my presence (2) Lacking a greeting, I waited in my car for 10 minutes. Then, I attempted to ask a service coordinator a few questions. Ken Komorek ignored me for approximately another 10 minutes (3) He finally asked if he could help. Yet, he gave no further instructions other than to ask for my keys (4) He proceeded with typing on his computer. I stood there for another 15 mins, no instructions. Seemed to me that this "coordinator" was entering my service information for the 1st time since it was taking so long (5) I asked politely ,"Would you please tell me how much longer do I need to wait?" (As if I was a bother) (6) His response can only be kindly described as verbally disrespectful. Because of the delay I asked him if my appointment was entered into the system and in an angry tone, he said yes. (Another 15 mins) (7) Other service staff saw me waiting, but ignored me (8) As a result of my own shock/ frustration at his verbal disrespect & nastiness, I walked away from him to find the Sales Manager (Steve Kabbaz) who had already planned my visit (9) I told the Sales Manager what occurred within the Service Department (10) The service coordinator found me speaking with the manager within the showroom while I was detailing his verbal disrespect. He was even verbally disrespectful toward me in front of the manager!! My appointment with this service department had been pre-arranged by the Sales Manager to provide me with equipment for my new car. I was very happy to enter the service department because of the install of this equipment. There was no reason for the mistreatment by this "coordinator" other than his own biases & prejudices; just a mean man. Although my car issues were fixed and the Sales Manager was comforting, going forward I will use another Lou Fusz dealership. More
