Last week they resolved two major problems, one with the air conditioner, and the other with a faulty battery we bought elsewhere. My car is in top notch condition now. We very much appreciate the courtesy, efficiency, friendliness, expert workmanship and follow-up we received from the Service Advisor Amy both times, the Mechanic Norm Bousquet, Shelby Parker, and Dave Verity. A very nice and helpful man helped us both times when we first arrived, and I apologize if I don't have his name listed. We didn't even have an appointment last week, but he let us drop it off anyway because the battery kept discharging and we were concerned we would have to have it towed. 5-Star Service was received from everyone we dealt with at Lou Fusz O'Fallon!
