Their selection on vehicles is good. They typically have what you’re looking for and if not they will work with you to find what you’re looking for. The team at Lou Fusz was super friendly and accommodating. They answered all of my questions and solved my issue. They even offered services that I did not need, like a shuttle, but it's good t accommodating. They answered all of my questions and solved my issue. A free car wash was offered and I said yes, I wanted to take advantage of that. The vehicle was not washed. I was also told that my old headlight bulbs, which were swapped out, were laying on the front seat. The bulbs were actually not anywhere in the vehicle. But I didn't go there for a wash and didn't need the old bulbs. But since I was told those 2 extra things were to be done, it was a little disappointing to find them not done. Probably lack of communication between the tech and customer service. More
