Excellent I own 2 Fiats purchased from Lou Fusz. A 2012 500 Sport and a 2016 500X Easy. The expert and competent techs have kept these cars on the road. The I own 2 Fiats purchased from Lou Fusz. A 2012 500 Sport and a 2016 500X Easy. The expert and competent techs have kept these cars on the road. The 2012 Fiat was very problematic but Fusz made it right repeatedly. That is the only reason I still own it and bought a second Fiat. The 2016 Fiat 500X is a great car with no issues. In the big picture sales staff was useless and knowledgeless. Fusz loses money because of that. I have taken business elsewhere to purchase such things as a spare tire kit for the 500X because I was told nonsense by a salesperson. A spare tire kit can't be hung under an AWD vehicle. Yet Sales staff is unaware of this basic info. My 2012 Fiat is still missing its rear floor mats because Fusz does not give a xxxx about selling the whole car apparently. Last, on my most recent visit the tech I dealt with suggested I take my business closer to my home. That was plain rude and will make me think very hard about future car related business in St. Louis. I live in Springfield, Illinois and my local Fiat dealer, Landmark, is an incompetent mess and will not be seeing me. What to do? More
