When I arrived, Joe Jordan greeted me and had the Jeep ready for me to test drive! From there on he took time to answer my questions and tell me the pros and cons on the deal. After the deal was done, he made sure I felt comfortable with all the new technology in the vehicle to drive it off the lot. Out of State Trip I was on a family vacation from out of state when I hit part of a semi’s tire in the middle of the night. It messed up my under coverings of my car. I needed an oil change also so I just made a call to this dealership, which got me in the same day. They did my oil change, cleaned the outside of my car, and fixed the mess underneath my car!! I’m so happy I chose this place and didn’t wait to get back home where I know they would of charged more and be not as friendly. Used Jeep purchased at Behlmann Extended warranty I would like to give a shout out to Greg Marquart for helping me with my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to have it repaired at Lou I would like to give a shout out to Greg Marquart for helping me with my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to have it repaired at Lou Fusz because Behlmann where I purchased the Jeep and Warranty would not release it to them to work on. Thumbs down on Behlmann. Behlmann said I had to bring it there because it was something they could repair, they had to drive to Transmission repair shop off of Hwy. 94!! Evidently a module on the transmission was bad and it was going from 4 low to 4 high. I had my Jeep at Lou Fusz on Tuesday the 13th and here it is the 22nd and it is still in shop. I would have rather had my repairs done at Lou Fusz they offer a courtesy shuttle within 15 miles it would have worked out perfect! Thanks anyway for the help Greg and I thought you would like to know what the ticking noise was!! More
