He sat down with me and talked to me about what I was looking for, what I wanted my payment to be before we even talked about a specific car. He was up front, honest and made a deal happen that had me driving out with a 2019 model with a better interest rate than what I had in my old car. He was very patient, especially considering my 19 month old son was keeping him entertained. He was knowledgeable, listened and didn't try to "oversell" me at all.
