We made a deal, then headed to the finance office. 2 different loan terms with 2 different loan rates were shown. We chose the lower rate and shorter term and signed an unofficial document stating this. The finance person then chose to sign us up for the higher rate and longer term. We didn't see this, because it was all done on a computer, away from our eyes. We were only provided with a small electronic signature box with no information on it. After discovering the problem, the Finance Manager tried to say that our part of our "good deal" was to take the other rate. No, it was not, and that's not how financing works. He then fell back on the "you signed a legal document" argument. He might be right, but that means the dealership is sleazy and dishonest. It is a shame, because I used to like Lou Fusz dealerships. Avoid them, or watch them with an eagle-eye, because they WILL cheat you. More
