Great experience with David Verity on my new Ram!!!!!!!!!!!! Had been shopping around for a new truck and decided to get more serious about this past weekend. I did not get some of the old school high pressure tactics that had me running out of some of the other dealerships I visited. Lou Fusz had a great inventory of trucks and what I wanted was on the lot. David was great on being upfront and honest about everything and the finance process literally took maybe 15 minutes at the most. I was in late in the afternoon and heading home in my new truck in a very short amount of time. I was very impressed on how I was treated and there is not anything that I was not happy about. Also great guys. I was even greeted multiple times while I was waiting to be helped, by Joe Liebmann. Joe is a sales representative and he went out of his way to hold the door and just make small talk with me and my finance. It's really the little things. Terrible service Broke my car and asked for money to fix it. Dropped my car off at the service department and told them I needed a new PCM board. In testing it themsel Broke my car and asked for money to fix it. Dropped my car off at the service department and told them I needed a new PCM board. In testing it themselves to ensure that it was the PCM they managed to over load many circuits. They blew out my third brake and another brake light. Something else Electrical under the dash is burnt the entire car smells like burnt electronics. The worst part is they called me telling me the lights are out and it would be over $200 to fix just the third brake light(that they burned out). Needless to say I did not have any work done by them. Total quote for everything was over $1200 and I had the work done elsewhere for $250. This place is a joke. More
