The first time I called they told me they weren't taking apps, fcfs and I would have to pay for courtesy car $40 daily even though it was warranty work. I called back a month later and was able to make appt apps, fcfs and I would have to pay for courtesy car $40 daily even though it was warranty work. I called back a month later and was able to make appt and get a car, but my service tech wasn't knowledgeable or played dumb with the tsb on my issue. I brought the tsb up to him and he said this is just the first step. Other dealerships are taking further measures to rectify this issue and they seem to try to do the minimum. More
