"A good dealership but a poor salesman."
- Larry M
John Stahl did a great job during the sales process, but his after sales support was beyond disappointing. When I bought my truck from him, it only had one key, and was missing one hubcap (which I later realized). I asked for these two items to be furnished. After 4 weeks of several emails and phone calls, the only response was "what key?" and “send me a picture” of the hubcap. After a month of waiting on John, I called the service department, explained the situation and made an appointment to get the key made free of charge. The service department was more than helpful. I ended up finding a "like new" hubcap on EBay. The Service Department and other employees at Lou Fusz were outstanding, but Mr. Stahl took the purchase from a very enjoyable buying experience to very frustrating and disappointing.
I have been dealing with Lou Fusz, Chesterfield, since 1993 and have never been disappointed with them. Brian Noles , Service Advisor, has been great to work with and I never worry that their Service Dept. is trying to "rip me off"! If I wanted to buy a new car, I would not hesitate to call Dan Hoeflinger in their Sales Dept. Rita Shotwell
"curtious and took care of needs"
Mark Whitehead was polite and performed requested work on my car as needed. He went above what he needed to do. Honored all coupons had, even one expired a couple days
